There are different species
of morels. It is growing 3500m above sea level in Himalayan
ranges and it is far from the polluted area. Traditionally,
morel is used as tonic for nerve system. It is also used
as spices and as delicacy. The season is throughout the
spring and it is among the most exciting springtime fungi.
Excellent mushroom from the culinary point of view, they
must be cooked before eating – never, ever eat them raw.
