This beautifully painted thanka of Chengreshi is done with intense care using 24-carat gold and colors by a master. Each part of this thangka has fine details.

Chengreshi is a widely worshiped Bodhisattwa for compassion. This manifestation of one-headed and four-armed is the simplest form while 11 headed and thousand armed is a complex manifestation. Among four arms, two arms joining together at the center of his heart holds a Chintamani while a lotus and a rosary bead are in the left and right hand respectively.
